Kathleen - Hi. I currently live in Baseline Woods, a manufacured home community which is closing this July. I have been here for 9 years. I have a fifteen year old foster child who has been with me for over 5 years and will remain until she graduates from school. I'm looking for a 2bdrm, 1-1/2 to 2bath apt. in the Century High School district. I'd like to stay under $800.00 per month. I drove through your parking area the other day and am curious if your apartments are 2 story or have both up & downstair units. I have trouble with stairs.
