The last renters are interested (2 ) Amy - I am looking for a 2 bedroom apt for my son and I. I am currently on section 8 and have a voucher for $650.00. I have an issue with my credit, you see I used to live there until july or aug of 2004 and I failed to receive information that I owed 495.00 to Casa Villa and am looking to get a place in July. An information that you will be able to give me concerning this issue would be most helpful. Had I received any information earlier on this I would have paid my debt a long time ago. I have been renting from jess roybal for the past 3 years and didn't think I had an credit issues concerning apartments. I did one credit check and would like to clear this up as soon as possible. Are there ways that I am able to make payments and still be able to rent an apartment? Please help! I would again appreciate any information that you can give.
