Dr. - Dear Sir/ Madam:
I am looking for a Studio Room in any suitable apartment for six months. I shall be
working in the World Bank under “Voice Secondment Program” since January 09 to June 30,
2009 (Six months). I got the name of your apartment from the World Bank Group.
Before making final decision I would like to have the following information about
the leasing terms as well as facilities available in your apartment. I would appreciate
if you kindly let me know the following information:
1. How much will be the Monthly Rent (in US$) ?
2. How much will be the Application Fee (in US$) ?
3. How much will be the Refundable Security Deposit (in US$) ?
4. Which Utilities will be included in the monthly rent ?
5. Will the Internet, telephone, cable TV, refrigerator, microwave oven,
bathroom and kitchen
utensils, etc. be available in the Studio ?
6. Will there be need for any Move-in/amenity fee? If yes, how much (US$) ?
7. Is there a washer/dryer in the apartment?
8. How safe is the neighborhood? Is it patrolled by the police, security group
or a
neighborhood watch group?
9. How close is it to the Metro (Train) ?
10. Who is responsible for repairs on the property ?
11. How many days will be needed to get back the security deposit after end of the
lease period ?
12. Other useful information (if any).
