The apartments community of Tanglewood Apartments is such a place that you would love to
call it your home. One, two and three bedrooms floorplans are available. The rents for
the 1BDR/1BTH, 2BDR/1BTH and 3BDR/1BTH are $390, $450 and $535 respectively. Security
deposit for each apartment is $150. The centrally air conditioned apartments for rents
are equipped with air conditioned, balcony, ready to use cable, dishwasher, oversized
walk in closet and washer and dryer connection. The residents have to pay for some of
the utilities. The community people are provided with high speed internet connection.
For the refreshment and fitness purpose there are clubhouse, fitness center,
playground, swimming pool and tennis court. This property is available only for short
term lease. Pets are allowed. But only pets weigh less than 30 lbs can move in with
you. For the pets you have to pay $200 as pet fee. For more information you can call
the official staffs from 9am to 5pm on weekdays. You can talk to them on Saturdays only
by prior appointments. The office remains closed on Sundays.
