• You might also want to consider Ibis apartments consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms, rental rate of which ranges from $789 to $865 per month.
• Of the same function as Ibis but much more spacious are Blue Heron apartments,
which can be rented out at $925 per month.
A deposit of $100 is required for all types of apartments, together with a $250
move-in fee.
