4. Larger 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartments come with a 900 sq. ft. plan and a rental
price of $699 per month and a deposit of $200.
5. You can also opt for a 3 bedroom and 2 bath plan for apartments that are 1455
sq. ft. in size. Those come at a monthly rental price of $909 and a one time deposit of
$300.
6. Lastly there are also town homes to choose from. These are 2 bedroom with 1 ½
baths, 1090 sq. ft. and a rent starting at $750 per month. A one time deposit of $250
is extra.
